"Don't you just love Valentine's Day, Kuro-chan?"

"Eh, it's okay." He said stirring the chocolate in the simmering pot.

"Aww, I think it's the most adorable holiday ever!" I pulled out the heart shaped molds for the liquid chocolate.

"It's not even really technically an actual holiday." He poured the chocolate into the molds.

"I still like it though. Hey..." I felt myself begin to blush when he looked down at me. "Um... You know... I've never been kissed before..."

"Fay, you're six years old."

"So...?"

"You have your whole life ahead of you." I frowned.

"I suppose..."


"What the hell are you wearing?!"  I was slightly startled by the sound of his voice. I turned and smiled.

"Like it?" I twirled in place showing off the pink frilly apron that was placed over my own clothes.

"No I don't." He sat down at the kitchen table.

"Aww... But I bought it so I can be like your wife or something..." I set down his plate of food in front of his side and my plate on my own. I noticed him stare at his food and giggled silently.

"How would you do that?! For one, you're a guy and it would make no sense! And-"

"Kuro-pip, your food's getting cold." I broke in. He grumbled and shoved eggs into his mouth.

It really did feel as if we were married. But I just wish he knew how much he meant to me. I stared deeply into his eyes. How I wished to be given a second look and held for all eternity by his simple, but not so much to me, gaze.

My eyes wandered to his lips that looked rather rough but comforting against my own and my-

"Hey! What are you staring at?" I shook my head and blushed. I should ask him...

"I was wondering, have you ever kissed anyone before?" I could hear him nearly choke on his orange juice.

"Um... Well..." He coughed and I smiled. I felt as if I knew the answer, "Yes I have." I slowly frowned.

"Wh-what?" My voice started to shake. "What do you... What do you mean?" Suddenly the door bell rang. My heart began to race.

"That must be her." I heard him mumble walking passed me and walked out the front door. My heart felt as if it was ripped out of my chest. I wandered slowly to the bedroom and walked towards the window.

My heart beat rapidly again and I pulled the curtains, looking out the window. My eyes widened and heart felt as if it had been taken it's last beat. I fell to my knees and started to shake.
